Finding a job after CELTA

Are you thinking about doing a CELTA but are worried about your career prospects as an EFL teacher? Or have you just finished a CELTA course, and aren’t sure where to start looking for that first teaching job? There are loads of jobs sites and forums out there, and we all know that it can get a bit confusing.

If you haven’t taken your CELTA yet
If you’ve not taken your CELTA yet, you can actually increase your chances of employment post-qualification by doing a little research and finding the right school. There are certain schools out there that offer you a guaranteed position as an English teacher if you complete your CELTA with them. This is a fantastic way of ensuring your career prospects are as strong as they can be.

If you have already finished your CELTA
If you have already completed your CELTA course and are ready to start your job hunt, you should head over to www.onestopenglish.com/jobs.
