Wrap it up nicely for Christmas

I think that I am at the last stage of Christmas preparation, but things may still go wrong. This year, I decided to do my Christmas present shopping online, but due to lack of previous experience in doing it, I might have underestimated the delivery time needed over the hectic online Christmas shopping. As a result, I keep anxiously looking at the mail box every few hours, hoping that all the parcels will arrive just in time to take them home. It takes us to another stress related

Christmas job to do, catching a plane back home. For the last few years, I have been obsessively following weather forecasts full of snow storm warnings and news informing about airports closures. At this very moment, there is a blue sky, the sun is shinning and there aren’t any signs of snow storms. Let’s hope it will stay like that until my plane takes off.

In this crazy Christmas preparation time of shopping, present wrapping and looking for that one and only Christmas tree, I would like to say a massive thank you to all new and old blendedmec readers for visiting our blog this year.  It’s been great having you around. Blendedmec has gone though a few transformations so it would be easier for you to keep updated and know who is behind the blog and its postings. We tried to give you a sneak peek of what’s behind the editorial door with articles from our MEC editorial team.  We extended the range of the postings which also included introducing a topic focused series. We are very happy that we have grown up this year. We want to continue providing you with engaging lesson ideas, language discussions and information on technology usage in the class. Our schedule is filling up with great posting ideas, guest bloggers and we can’t wait to share it with you. Until then enjoy your Christmas break and New Year’s parties. I hope 2012 will be very generous for you with its good news and happy events.
