I am “myself and my circumstances”, as Ortega Y Gasset has properly put it. My circumstances are: being a Sales & Marketing Executive for Macmillan English Campus; occasional lines of Walt Whitman and Rimbaud; Socratic irony and Caruso’s tragic voice. All types of food – especially Mediterranean, where politeness and cordiality meet and where civilization was born and the sun shines forever.
