After a degree in French and Italian I had a taste for Europe and, equipped with my CELTA, went off to live in Paris and teach English. A year later I was lured back to London by an exciting job training teachers on MEC at Macmillan English Campus.
After two and a half happy years with MEC I decided to hit the road again and went back to my first love, teaching. This time in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan. After a fantastic year and a half enjoying beautiful Bhutan, teaching everyone from monks to middle managers, and working for MEC in my spare time, I’m now back in London studying for a Masters. I’m still a big fan of MEC and like to write articles about it for the blog from time to time! When I’m not studying or working for MEC you’ll find me with my nose in a good book, in the pub with friends, out for a run or doing a spot of yoga and meditation.
